Beverley Holden Johns has 35 years experience working with students with learning disabilities and students with severe behavioral disorders within the public schools of Illinois.

Services to Illinois students with learning disabilities and behavioral disorders are being jeopardized by the prospect of 50 pages of Illinois special ed law, which is more comprehensive, being replaced by Federal law.

I am very active on the Special Education Laws that really do need to be changed in Illinois, so I would like to learn more about this topic. What is the fear of the changes? so far the new website looks like it is working better.
